At Educational Expeditions, we take care of everything, including flights and motor coaches. Not all commercial carriers are equal, we only use reputable, reliable companies.

Just as with transportation, we are discerning when it comes to overnight accommodations. Not only do we consider our groups' comfort but also safety and security. We contract night security for all overnight school field trips.

We strive to ensure that our trips are not only educational but fun as well. When booking overnight trips we try to fit in fun evening activities such as Broadway shows, bowling, pizza parties, etc.

Teachers have so much to do, we are here to alleviate the burden of making all the necessary arrangements and calculating the price to charge each student. We can even provide a Tour Escort to accompany the group to assist with checking the group in at the venues, assisting with headcounts, and keep the group on schedule so that teachers may focus on educating their students.

It is important to be prepared for situations that are outside of your control and that is why contracting us is so important. We are also pleased to offer video conference calls with school officials/parents to review all aspects of your trip and answer any questions.
